Logging & Troubleshooting Email Communications
Shipped email logs with recourse for origination’s platform, enabling lending teams troubleshoot customer communication. Interviewed customer success, QA, reviewed issue tickets raised by partners. Design eliminated 99% of email related complaints, reduced troubleshooting time from days to seconds, enabling faster application processing.
Currently Leading Redesign Initiative for Queue Manager, Ongoing
Created research strategy for redesign, conducted workshops with stakeholders, engineering leads, product managers & QA team to create a shared understanding, fill gaps in user research, pain points, processes. Led sessions with engineers to create state diagrams and blueprints to understand constraints of redesign and re-evaluate key concepts. Current architecture is designed for high velocity lending while our target users have lower volume and more manual underwriting resulting in an adversarial ux.
Credit Policy Builder [ To Be Launched ], 2024
Redesigned advance rule builder for lenders with high risk tolerance in need of writing complex expressions with data sources and variables of their choice. KPIs yet to be measured on MVP launch.
Test Profile Library, 2023-2024 ( 0-1 Project )
Shipped Test Profile Library for non-technical users - both internal and partner clients. A big challenge was to push products’ very technical vision to match users’ mental model and their abilities, which meant knowing the stack, understanding the testing process, then redefining key concepts, hiding unwanted tech complexities and bridge the gap. Conducted intensive studies with engineering and QA teams to understand limitations, constraints, testing processes. Achieved a SUS score of ~ 90 plus.
Building Pricing for Credit Card’s Schumer Box
Shipped credit card pricing configuration module for lenders. User effort score improved to 100% from 22.22% finding it very difficult to use and 44.44% finding it somewhat difficult.
Launched Design System Initiative for Enterprise Apps
On a month’s notice, led an aggressive initiative to establish a design system tailored for both white-label customer-facing and high-density enterprise ux, by leveraging tokenization. Together with UX engineers, spearheaded knowledge-sharing sessions on contribution, updates, and system usage. Created comprehensive documentation on anatomy, usage, componentization, props, visual guidelines, and best practices.
Unsecured Instalment Loan Application Experience
Shipped white label loan journey, optimising application flow, KYC, and ID verification. Achieved a ~ 50 % drop-off reduction during ID verification, driving higher completed applications and approved loans.
Manual Income Verification for BPO Agents
Shipped income verification solution for bank agents that reduced data entry and review time by over 75%, and reduced BPO cost and number of declined applications.
Comment Thread for Dispute Resolution
Designed conversation experience between merchant, bank and BPO agent to examine disputes. The solution reduced the dispute resolution time by 66%.

Shipped booking experience and one-click session extension for uninterrupted gaming sessions. Worked closely with Vindex's CTO, Belong US investor team, product managers, engineers and Belong UK marketing team to align business needs with user needs.

Designed a web archive of integration years in Douglas, Georgia that helped preserve and make the county's history accessible. Design was informed by deep collaboration and critique sessions with historians & librarians.
