I also dive deep into interfaces as mental models and human-computer dialogues, efficacy measured against cost to cognition and sometimes validated by metacognition.

First major system re-design strategy project. Stage 1 being planning for the project, research strategy, design sprint planning and workshops for shared understanding of bigger picture, users, processes etc and frameworks to ingest findings into design.

0-1 Product. Moving away from traditional testing method and processes to a new toolbox. Reduced testing time by ~ 83%.

Redesigned MVP to scale for advance business and user needs, while accommodating technical constraints and aligning with the stack. This helped ship policy builder faster significant usability improvement.
Jan 2024 - Present
Redesigned UX of adding membership eligibility questions for credit unions. Overhauled usability from 8/9 people failing to complete the task to 9/9 successfully completing the task. Fixed all 8 severe usability issues and with a new score of Grade A for 6 heuristics while B for the rest 4 heuristics.
